    Service Pages: $300-400 each (800-1,200 words, SEO-optimized)

    Blog Posts: $150-200 each (600-800 words)

    Website Content: $800-1,200 one-time (homepage, about, contact pages)

    Monthly Retainers: $1,500-2,500/month (4-8 pieces of content)

    Pricing depends on complexity, research required, and turnaround time. Contact me for a custom quote.

    Every service page includes:

    I research keywords, write the content, optimize for SEO, and send you a draft.

     

    Step 5: You Review

    Read the draft. Request changes if needed (1 round of revisions included).

     

    Step 6: Final Delivery

    I send you the final content ready to upload to your website.

  • Do you write the content or do I?

    I write everything. You don't lift a finger except to review and approve the final draft.

     

  • Can you upload the content to my website?

    It depends on your website platform:

    - WordPress: Yes, I can upload directly (you provide login)

    - Squarespace: Yes, I can upload directly

    - Wix: Yes, I can upload directly

    - Custom CMS: Maybe (depends on complexity)

  • How do you optimize content for SEO?

    Every piece of content I write includes:

    No. Nobody can guarantee #1 rankings - Google's algorithm changes constantly and depends on many factors (your website age, domain authority, competitors, backlinks, etc.).

  • Will this help me get more customers?

    Yes - if you rank higher on Google, you get more website visitors. More visitors = more phone calls = more customers.

     

    Example: If your "AC repair Kansas City" page ranks on page 1, you could get 50-100 extra visitors per month. If 5-10% call you, that's 5-10 new potential customers per month from ONE page.

  • Do I need a blog or just service pages?

    Both help, but service pages are more important for conversions.

     

    Service Pages = Bottom of funnel (people ready to hire you)

    Blog Posts = Top of funnel (people researching, building trust)

     

    If budget is tight, start with service pages. Add blog posts later.

  • Why should I hire you instead of an agency?

    Agencies charge $800-1,500 per page and take 2-4 weeks.

  • Can we meet in person?

    Yes. I'm based in Bonner Springs and happy to meet local clients for coffee or visit your business. I also work remotely via phone/email for clients who prefer that.

  • What if I don't like the content?

    Every project includes 1 round of revisions. If you want changes, I'll revise the content until you're satisfied.

    If after revisions you're still unhappy (rare), I'll refund your payment. I want happy clients, not unhappy ones.

  • What's the minimum project size?

    No minimum. If you only need one blog post ($150-200), I'll write one blog post. If you need a full website ($2,500), I'll do that too.

  • Can I hire you for just one page to test you out?

    Absolutely. Most new clients start with 1-2 service pages to see the quality before committing to more.
